Our groups are organized around shared experiences and challenges.
Each offers a structured space for connection, reflection, and practical support.
We are only accepting clients 18+ at this time.
Not sure where you fit? Many participants relate to more than one area — you’re welcome to choose the group that feels most relevant to your current experience.
Groups Are:
MSW+ Facilitated
Trained professionals (Master’s level and above) hold space, ensure safety, and gently guide conversations.
Respectful, Confidential, & Community-Centered
We protect the space with shared values of empathy, privacy, and mutual care.
Once a Month, or as Needed
Each group meets monthly; you can drop in as often or as little as you like.

For new mothers navigating the emotional, mental, and identity shifts after birth. A supportive space to be honest, feel less alone, and reconnect with yourself.

Choosing the right group doesn’t have to be complicated. Each group is designed around a specific theme or shared experience, so we recommend starting with the one that feels most relevant to what you’re navigating right now.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before joining. Many participants come in simply knowing they want more support, connection, or space to work through something.
If you’re deciding between a few options, consider:
What feels most present or challenging in your life right now
What kind of support or skills you’re hoping to build
Which group description resonates most with your experience
You’re also welcome to start with one group and explore others over time as your needs shift.

That’s completely okay! You're welcome to simply listen and observe. There’s no pressure to speak — just being present is enough.

Yes. Listening is a powerful form of participation. Many people choose to sit quietly in their first session or even several — and that’s 100% respected. We do ask that, at the very least, you respond during check-in to ensure someone is present.

Never. All group sessions are live and confidential. We do not record any part of the conversation to ensure a safe and private space for all participants.

Each group is guided by an MSW (Master of Social Work) or licensed mental health professional trained in trauma-informed facilitation, inclusive care, and peer group dynamics.

Yes! All sessions are hosted online via a secure video link. As long as you have internet access and are maintaining group privacy (headphones or in a quiet space alone), you can join from anywhere in the U.S.
