Find Your Group
Our groups are organized around shared experiences. Each one is a structured space for connection, reflection, and practical support. We currently serve adults 18+ across the U.S.
Not sure where you fit? Many participants relate to more than one area — pick the group that feels most relevant to where you are right now.
How Our Groups Work
Led by trained facilitators
Each group is guided by a Master's-level mental health professional, including social workers, counselors, and therapists.
60 minutes, no more
than 10 people
Groups stay small so everyone has space to participate.
Confidential by design
Sessions are never recorded. What's shared in the group stays in the group.
Monthly, or more if you want
Each group meets once a month. Some groups offer multiple time slots, and members are welcome to attend more than one group per month.
Choose the Type of Support You’re Looking For
All bookings are scheduled through our secure system, where you'll select your specific group and date.

Common Questions
-
Each group is built around a specific theme. Start with the one that feels most relevant to what you're navigating right now. You don't need to know if it's "the perfect fit" — many participants try one group, see how it feels, and explore others over time. If you're unsure, send us a note, and we'll help you think it through.
-
Listening is a powerful form of participation. Many people choose to sit quietly in their first session, or even several, and that's completely respected. We do ask that you respond during check-in so the group knows you're there.
-
