Three ways to access support, designed to be at or below the average therapy copay — without the insurance hurdles.

Single Session

$20 per group

Drop in for one session, with no commitment. Good for trying a group out, or for occasional participation when something specific comes up.

Each session is 60 minutes, with no more than 10 participants, led by a Master's-level mental health professional.

Community Membership

$75 per month

For people who want consistent support and the option of 1:1 work alongside it.

Includes:

  • Up to 4 group sessions per month

  • $15 off each 1:1 coaching session ($60 instead of $75)

  • Priority registration for new groups and time slots

One coaching session at the member rate covers most of the membership cost. If you're considering both groups and 1:1 work, this is the most efficient option.

Individual Mental Health Coaching

$75 per 50-minute session
($60 for members)

One-on-one support with our founder, Melissa Bernabe, MSW. Coaching offers focused space to work through what's on your mind — alongside group participation, between therapy stints, or as a standalone option.

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is process-oriented, often focused on understanding the past. Coaching is action-oriented, focused on the present and future — setting goals, building skills, and using practical tools to move forward.
