How It Works

A structured, facilitator-led virtual support group experience, designed for adults who want connection and growth alongside therapy, between therapy stints, or instead of it.

The 3 Steps

01 — Find a Group That Fits

Browse groups organized by theme: postpartum motherhood, chronic pain, perimenopause, political stress, life transitions, and more. Pick the one that fits where you are right now. You can join one group, attend several, or shift over time as your needs change.

02 — Join a Virtual Session

Each group is facilitated by a Master's-level mental health professional who guides the conversation, introduces practical tools, and keeps the space steady. Participation is encouraged but never forced. Many people stay quiet in their first session — that's expected, and it's enough to simply be there.

03 — Come Back as Often as You Want

Drop in once, attend monthly, or stay for a year. There's no required commitment, no time limit, and no graduation date. The skills introduced in each session are meant to be used outside of the group, and most participants notice the shift gradually, not all at once.

What a Session Looks Like

Each group session lasts 60 minutes and has no more than 10 people.
The structure stays steady, so you always know what to expect.

A typical session includes:

  • A welcome and check-in: a short round so the group knows who's there
    and how everyone is arriving

  • A focused discussion theme or open share: guided by the facilitator

  • Practical communication or coping tools: small, usable skills you can take
into the rest of your week

  • Guided reflection: a quiet moment to absorb what came up

  • A grounded closing: to end the session deliberately, not abruptly

Most participants report feeling more comfortable speaking up in group
settings over time and developing a stronger sense of how they show up in relationships.

You don't need to have everything figured out to begin.

Where Our Work Ends

These groups are not individual psychotherapy, and they're not crisis care. They're community-based support spaces designed for adults seeking connection, perspective, and practical skills.

If you're currently experiencing a mental health crisis, the right next step is licensed clinical care or emergency services. If you'd like help finding a therapist, we can suggest options to explore.
